Velvet covered headband... satin ribbon... goose biots feathers... bind together with a Swarovski crystal.
Whether it is from the end of the roll, or from the past Christmas present's gift wrap, there are always dozens of scrap satin ribbon materials laying around in our studio. With some twists and twirls, I have shaped the satin ribbon into a lovely bow and onto my next feather fascinator creation it goes! There are hundreds and thousands of different satin ribbon colors which makes this project to be versatile.
Materials Needed:
-1 yard Satin Ribbon
-20 Biots Feather, cut into desirable lengths
-Velvet covered Headband
-Swarovski Crystal
